Ergonomic Design
Contemporary workspaces increasingly demand adherence to high ergonomic standards. Our ergonomic work tables fulfill these requirements through the integration of electrically height-adjustable components, enabling users to save and easily access their preferred height settings. This feature allows for effortless adjustment to achieve optimal working height. The inclusion of cut-outs in the tables enhances both seating and working comfort, facilitating a seamless transition between sitting and standing work modes.
Fully Customizable Solutions
Our ergonomic workspaces are designed for a diverse array of applications. By avoiding fixed dimensions, heights, and colors, we can accommodate a broad range of market needs. We collaborate closely with our clients to explore their specific preferences and possibilities. If desired, we can provide a prototype setup as a demonstration model, allowing for real-time adjustments to swiftly and effectively create the ideal workspace. We can also incorporate various components, such as cooling plates, water baths, and vacuum systems, tailored to specific operational requirements.
Stability and Durability
Our work tables are engineered for exceptional stability, featuring a custom-designed subframe capable of supporting loads of up to 400 kg. This robust construction ensures that our tables are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
Ready-to-Use Assembly
Assembly and calibration of our work tables are conducted in-house, ensuring that all products are delivered fully functional and ready for use. At the client’s location, setup involves simple placement and connection, allowing for immediate operation.
Adamas Instrumenten brings years of experience in the development and manufacture of height-adjustable work tables tailored to individual client needs. This initiative originated from feedback from clients in histology, who reported discomfort while using microtomes at their workstations. In response, we developed a height-adjustable table that integrates both a built-in cooling plate and a water bath. The placement and dimensions of these products are entirely customizable, allowing us to develop client-centric solutions. Given the necessity for exceptional stability in microtome workspaces, we have selected high-quality materials to enhance the table's structural integrity.
Our design features a welded subframe positioned directly beneath the tabletop, resulting in an exceptionally stable work surface. Both the dimensions and colors of the tables can be customized to meet specific client preferences. We have successfully created various configurations of these tables, making almost any request feasible. We invite you to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
In addition to microtome workspaces, we have developed specialized work tables for microscopy. These tables are meticulously designed to complement the microscope, allowing for adjustable arm supports to be placed alongside, thereby ensuring optimal ergonomic comfort. The stability of these tables minimizes vibrations, enhancing the overall user experience.

Maintaining Your Stainless Steel Worktop and Sink
To ensure your stainless steel worktop and sink remain in excellent condition for decades, please follow these essential care instructions:
-
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, thoroughly wash the surface with an alkaline detergent (pH over 8). Rinse well and dry completely.
Note: Installation may leave impurities on the surface. Removing these will allow the chromium in stainless steel to react with oxygen, forming a protective passive layer. -
Daily Maintenance
After each use, clean the surface with a soft cloth, sponge, or towel using warm water and a liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth. -
Stain Removal Guidelines
For tough stains, including grease, discoloration from coffee or tea, salt and lime marks, and rust stains, follow these steps:- Use a cleaning paste with a pH over 8 (e.g., Cif Cream or Universal Stone) along with a soft cloth or sponge.
- Apply the detergent, allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and dry.
- For dried lime stains, a 25% vinegar solution can be effective. Let it sit briefly before cleaning, rinsing, and drying the surface.
Avoid the Following
To maintain the integrity of your stainless steel:- Refrain from using acidic substances, such as kitchen soaps containing citric acid (pH under 6), as they can damage the surface.
- Avoid scouring powders and steel wool, which may scratch the finish.
- Do not leave wet cast iron pans or other rust-prone metallic utensils on the surface for extended periods, as they may leave marks.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure the longevity and appearance of your stainless steel worktop and sink.
